		About us Lesley Murphy Lesley A Murphy is a professional coach and organisational leader. She is a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, member of the Institute of Directors, The Chartered Institute of Marketing and the International Coaches Federation. Lesley also holds an MBA, a Postgraduate Certificate in Cross Sector Partnership and is a Chartered Professional Co Active Coach. She has over 20 years experience at CEO and Board Level in Public, Private and Third Sector organisations and has coached many individuals and organisations to success.
		Dan Murphy Dan has over 40 years of experience in energy, engineering and construction sector industries. He has held management and executive positions (career roles have included Chairman, CEO, President, Executive and Non-executive Director, Project Director and Consultant) in major international operating and contracting companies such as Shell Oil, IIAPCO, Occidental Petroleum, Intrepid Energy (North Sea) Ltd., Santa Fe International, Brown & Root, Kvaerner H&G, and Aker Kvaerner. Dan's experience includes operations the Gulf of Mexico, South East Asia, Middle East, South America, North Africa, Poland and the North Sea. Up until the sale of Intrepid Energy (North Sea) Ltd, in 2004, Dan was its Engineering and Production Director for over seven years where he was instrumental in the development and delineation of the giant Buzzard field, a 500 million plus (recoverable) barrel oil find. Dan joined Index Oil and Gas in mid 2005 as an Independent Director, and shortly afterward was appointed Chairman of Index Oil and Gas Ltd. As a result of a merger in January 2006 the company became Index Oil and Gas Inc. Dan held this post until November 2010. He is currently a Director of Energy Europe Group SA, which is involved with participating in oil and gas projects in Europe, the Middle East, Mediterranean and North Africa. Dan has been a Director of C2SML since 2004. He has advised on corporate development, strategy, organisational evolution and development, performance improvement and value focused performance delivery. Dan has been an invited speaker at a number of conferences, forums and corporation specific events and delivered papers on key subjects such as: Financial Directors Forum (UK)- 'The Use of IT from Coalface to Stakeholders' Major Projects Association (UK)- 'Techniques for Value-Focused Project Decision-Making' Chevron Executive Development Program - 'Manager of the Future'
